Green Eyes was contracted by Horn Point Laboratory to build an automated water quality monitoring system for the Choptank River water delivered to laboratories through their pumping system. The monitoring system will utilize Green Eyes' Water2Web remote system control software.

The U.S. Patent office approves all twenty claims of the ProbeGuard patent.

Green Eyes signs a license agreement with YSI Inc. to optimize and commercialize ProbeGuard, based on successful test results collected from spring 2010 and winter of 2011.

CAMBRIDGE - Vince Kelly did not plan to start his own business. He was studying to become an environmental scientist and expected to get a job as a researcher at a state or federal government agency. His research as a graduate student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk and later and more importantly his work as a research assistant at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science, Horn Point Laboratory in Cambridge, led him down a different path.
